I just read the comments from the owner in response to the customer's complaint about the staff. Here's a piece of advise; be kind to your customers no matter what they have to say! And that's being professional. I have visited your shop with my wife and she is always tricked by your wicked sales team. Not a good place to visit. Highly unprofessional and junior staff.

Not excellent but an average variety of female undergarments. The female staff is non professional having least interest in consumer engagement. Upon inquiring for a particular design the sales women advised to visit some other shops instead of engaging the customer. Negetive point is they do not have a trial room. It can be a good place to buy if you have prior knowledge of what you want to buy else you will be disappointed due to non professional attitude by the staff.

I buy a nightwear the nightwear was damaged when i went to change it the staff was misbehave and refused to change and said no policy to change and returned i asked them to where you mentioned there is no mentioned to No change and No returned policy. they are fraud and cheater, once you buy they will not change. Bad experience to shop with this shop.
