Bought galaxy s21 ultra and they didn’t give the galaxy buds provided by the company Delaying it on one pretext or the other Pathetic customer service They don’t have any clue just charging huge amounts and bringing bad name for Samsung brand

Booked an item on the Samsung Pakistan website and was told that a customer representative would get back to me in 24 hours. It has been 18 hours now and it's apparent that no one will contact. So I called this store and asked them to follow up on my order kindly to which I was told that the store does not have any link with the official Samsung Website and I can call the helpline to inquire more. I am stunned by the lack of seriousness of the store assistants to the very business of the company that pays them a hefty salary in these trying times. Absolutely pathetic customer service and lack of interest for customers and the habit of not moving a muscle to assist someone in need is absolutely absurd. Kindly avoid going to this store and put your hard earned money in some other branch where customers are helped instead of being turned away.
