I went there for My mother's MRI. The technician for MRI in the evening time named Zuhair. He behaved very badly. He talked very rudely with patient and us. The patient was in much pain but he stayed rude with patient. While MRI they give patients a bell of patient feels any pain or discomfort but Zuhair didn't allowed the patient to press the bell even. Even yelled at the patient who was his grandmother's age. The patient is 73 years old and he treated her like hell. All other staff of shaukat khanum is very compromising and caring but we are really very disappointed for Zuhair's behaviour. You might teach him manners or replace him. Thank you. This is for liberty branch, guy named Zuhair of age around 22.
