Horrible experience, no services provided, they don't even answer the phone. Take maintainance money but don't provide any services like street lights which are very basic, dogs and wild pigs roam freely in night. Random electricity cut off, no gas in winter and water shortage in summer while you have to beg for tankers, no plumbers or electricians either, in short invest somewhere else if you want to live in peace.
