Last month i went to state life insurance office located at jain mandir near old anarkali and opposite to food street and ghanta ghar their parking was so much good and free of cost i met a kind hearted state life insurance agent who guided me everything clearly and frankly must visit if u want to do a life insurance of you or your family, and this is why i rated five stars.

Saddened to see such an over crowded, unmanaged and not well-kept place. I went to surrender my policies and I was told that SIRRENDER DEPT is closed and will re-open after 20 days. And I've to first come to collect a piece for paper to get verified by bank, then come again to discuss and initiate the process. To let it straight. It's a just a way of delaying the process by 3 months.
