Aoa to every one! Stay fit gym is bestest gym ever i see in Rawalpindi. why? Because the copration of trainer's and all the staff and the environment is like wow . Im here for 4 month's and when i started the gym my weight is 85 kgs and in duration of 4 months, i loss my weight, my fats and i build my muscle's with the help of trainer's and now im touching 66 kgs (Alhumdulillah) I recommend this gym if u want to loss or gain weight or anything related to fitness with good environment and good trainer's . Come here and take a first steep of fitness with say fit
