when we talk about extreme fitness my choice is structure i visited my previous gym structure to get back in to shape . i am very surprised that we have a quality gym in town. These people have well maintained the ambiance and equipment very well .. And they are following SOPs

Structure is one of the kind when it comes to the gyms in Pakistan. I recommend structure to everyone who is seeking opportunities for weight loss or just want to stay fit. They provide international standard equipments and variety in fitness routines.

Great gym, convenient location. Machines could do with some maintenance and the management could definitely do better. Trainers are good but overall the gym could set you back a good 25 grand everymonth with an average trainer. Couple that with registration and you pay 50 grand in your first month. A very expensive option in the competitive gym space. Better alternatives definitely exist.
