The 5000km service of Alto 2020 was very smooth. The team was very helpful and technical as well. No talking, just working policy. I read some of the reviews which are very bad, I don’t know what happened with them, but when I saw Suzuki Raiwand service and attitude towards customer, I believe they have taught their manpower which is very good. Overall, I had a very good and pleasant experience. Always recommended.

For buying new vehicles they have good delivery & operation system. Their requirements of documents is easy and transparent. They are flexible too and cooperate where required. Their marketing staff is reasonable and cooperative. They give you proper guidance for booking, requirement of bank documents, requirement of personal documents etc and help in this regard as well. For new vehicle they provide 1st inspection at 1000 km or 1 month which one come earlier. 2nd inspection after 5000 km or 3 months which one comes earlier. Usually they provide 3 years warranty or 60,000 km for 1000 cc cars. But this warranty can be extended with 4 years & 80,000 km for which they offer 3 times free engine oil & air filter changing. Orders are usually on time but some time got delayed. Like in Covid-19 situation orders usually take 3-5 months. Which in normal days is less than that. It also depend on the model & type of vehicle you need as few model like Cultus AGS new model will take longer time than Cultus Manual keeping in mind the demand & supply. Service is good and fast Faster access to updated models For vehicle repair & maintenace related services they are between average & good. In routine maintenance they are good. But for specific issues related to spear parts they usually refer new spear parts instead of repairing even where repair can do the job. But maintenance staff is technical and good Overall Good and recommended

Current Management really Good. Some of area need to improve for further customer relationship engagement. Customer sitting floor manager or supervisor should intertain warmly and serve with water or tea. If family come then family feel like another home , some give aways for kids.
