Very Non professional attitude, today around 1000am got new 4G sim for my old post paid 2G/3G sim by paying Rs.150 and was told it will be activated with in 2 hrs. Now after almost seven hrs., I called 345 as new sim was not activated yet and was told that no request for issuance is initiated by franchise .... And I have to go there again with new sim....
