I am frequent buyer of toys from Entertainer. This is my first review in hope that they will make improvement and make things more friendly as this is toy store. They should put more open boxes for customers to try before they buy. As there is no return policy. This shop is for specific customers and they should get chance to see and test the product. Best sellers should be kept open on display.

They have good collection of original toys for kids of all ages. However don't stock Lego, that's a major let down to me.

Pretty good place for buying toys for kids and even if you take them along they can roam around and play. Although its a bit pricey but they have good quality toys stocked up! And to put a cherry on top for the trip and toy shopping get kids a scoop of their favorite icecream from baskin robbins! Happy shopping.

Update: entertainer sent out my order after I filed a dispute. Previous post: I would NOT recommend doing an online transaction at entertainer. The last order I made got processed through my credit card company, and shows up on my statement but according to them and the website - it didn't go through. Companies need to stop having the option of online payments if they dont have systems that can support the transaction. This has just ended up being a nuisance for me now.
