I called them to get some lights and fans installed in my office. I received a booking confirmation, then I received a confirmation that the electrician is on his way and then when he arrived he was very professional and experienced. He even fixed my AC free of cost as a gesture of excellent service.

It's a great idea but poorly executed. Sometimes they would have a good resource who would quickly wrap up the work in a fair price, while in other cases they would opening dishonor the rates mentioned on their own website and when confronted would step back and say the required resource is out of City for 10 days

I'm surprised to have such services in Pakistan.No more need to worry about ur house maintenance.You can avail all services on time but for carpenter u have to wait for some days.other than it's amazing & very friendly/cooperative staff.keep it up guys (y)

The first time I used their service, it was great. The second time was horrible: - their staff claim that they've tried to call you from a number, but don't (this happened both times) - they committed to a number of appointments (for different services), then rescheduled them. Now they say that because of FY closing (!) and a "corporate project", they are not taking orders and don't have any technicians available. - their customer service staff don't understand that when you set an appointment, your client is taking their time to be available and that not fulfilling an appointment is time wasted. - completely unprofessional.

I have been fixing my occasionally problematic window AC through them every season. But today a technician came who was much more experienced and devised a workaround with oiling a key point. Now my AC is quiet as it was never before. Big thumbs up for hiring better technicians! Unfortunately they have increased the cleaning fees for window ACs, four fold, from 500 to 2000 so they have lost me as a customer for that service. So they are not an all-round solution to all things as they were previously but still overall good service. EDIT: So they promptly contacted me over the review and have claimed that the cleaning charge hasn't increased despite what their website and CSR says. I will update the review with a better rating after they do the cleaning as per their previous rates at 500/unit.
