Absolute rip off! Extremely high prices and pathetic customer service. I ordered a simple partition door last year for which the invoice was around 24k. I stupidly paid this amount hoping that I was paying for reliability. But the supports started coming off within a month and eventually the door fell off. I have, in the past 2 months, made atleast 10 calls to their “customer service”. Yet to date no person has arrived even though I agreed to pay the 2.5k repair charges.

I love The Protectors, it is situated in three areas of Karachi i.e. 26th Tauheed Commercial Street, adjacent to Ideal Bakers and Sweets, 2nd Showroom is situated behind HBL, near Dehli Sweets and Faran Hotel, Nursery, Main Sharea Faisal and the 3rd is at Bahria Town. It has all the varieties of items fixed in a modern bungalow, flat, offices orl warehouses, even swimming pools. Visit here for your al needs of imported items. It's also available in Lahore and Islamabad cities. You are welcome anywhere.

Nah, don't do it....seriously, just don't. Service went from acceptable to mildly disappointing to contemptuous. Seems to be a lot to unpack there...spare yourselves! Update: I recieved ZERO proactive follow ups from anyone in their organization during the course of my purchase. In contrast, I've had to chase their people down for updates. At one point, I was even given a date and time to expect fulfillment/installation and they no-showed without even calling to advise me not to wait up. As a result, I have no hesitations in saying that their entire organization lacks integrity and they do not even comprehend the concept of customer service. Professionals? Yeah, right!
