A bad decision to switch from Stormfibre to Transworld in the hope of getting better services. Without Internet since past three days and no one attending to it. Helpline/customer service making false promises. Thinking of switching back.

Very bad experience using corporate service. Whenever I complained to online customer support they give me the same scripted answer. Still, my connection is not installed. Not recommend to anyone especially in Clifton.
