I simply called them to ask about their rates and the guy was incredibly rude and kept insisting my car seats are leather for some reason even though I kept saying they are fabric. Lol he got so mad he hung up over this. Straight out of a comedy sketch.

Excellent performance...wonderful customer service. The team knows it work extremely well. For all your car care needs its a reliable, one stop facility. Located at the centre of city easily accessible. Highly recommended

They have a good team who ensures attention to detail. They however don't use original polishes but clearly told upon asking that its just a random interior polish filled in the bottle of Meguiars so I had to tell them not to polish the interior. Also, to clean the plastic surfaces they use surf instead of all purpose cleaners which is not good for the plastic surfaces.

Total waste of money. Had to take my car second time to get car seats and door handle cleaned again and its still not cleaned. They don't use any authentic product for interior cleaning. Mostly surf and water to wash seat and others. Some local chemical that too in 7up bottles which doesn't 50% clean.

This place is ok for car detailing but they need to improve a lot in the customer care attitude specialty they need to learn hospitality and should respect the time customer spend with them. Going concern of their business model with this attitude is in jeopardy.

This place is for interior and exterior car detailing services. It's not a busy place around so car is visible to the owner. They have got equipment and people for interior cleaning However customer waiting area need improvement. However this type of personalize services are not available at busy service stations.
