shameless people and higher management is worst having no brains at all and very un professional. joined this company in november 2020 and was given pile of works and they told me they dont need me anymore and made me leave the office immediately in monrning today. no job security they can kick you anytime.

worst management and no work ethics. the higher management is totally mad dont have talking manners at all. always using fowl language. have the record of firing the people in almost every 3 to 4 months and no integration of work. full time sethya and ghatya company.

Sharing my personal experience NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY AT ALL..It is the worst FMCG company ever..Please do not join & risk your career by leaving your previous jobs. They hire people on a higher package than the competitive salaries offered in the market but also fires their staff without giving proper notification or time period. They dont have proper HR Policies..Once it is decided to fire you, then you'll lose your job for sure, no wonder how honestly or hardworking you are..Usually when they hire people, the previous backlog is given to you and once the previous work is completed, There are 98% chances that you are going to lose your job..Totally unprofessional behaviour of the Higher Management and they have no work ethics / culture..!! Below reviews are totally fake as they are posted by their own people.
