Total disappointment... UPS was to pickup package from my warehouse but never turned up. The whole pickup was planned and paid by my client in France. The package was ready complete with labels but no pickup. Something on telephone desk...I reached the correct extension but the dealing was unprofessional. I was told that customer services person is on another phone please call after 10 mins. I called back after 30 mins same story. My call was not answered when I called the third time.
